I made my first jar of jam when I was 10 years old and had just moved from NYC to a rural suburb with dirt roads, horses and a giant blackberry bramble. Throughout the years, I have become extremely proficient in all aspects of both gardening and food preservation. My Sicilian-Greek heritage LOVES to feed people, so I always gifted my creations to friends and family. I was prompted to start a small business to let others enjoy what I produce, but my intense corporate life, together with working nights as a First Responder/EMT, left me little time to produce any excess to sell.

After moving to Maine, finally having some time to devote, and getting all of my required licenses in place, Nikki’s Delicious was born! I hand pick every strawberry, blueberry, raspberry and apple, and am dedicated to supporting local Maine farmers for all other produce. I have found sincere satisfaction in contributing to the success of my community.
